Since a necessary quality of every computer component is how brightly it lights up, we'll be taking a look at two products bundled as a kit-- the Illuminated Multimedia Keyboard and the Optical Fan Mouse from Xoxide. Both designed to light up, but also designed to make input much better.
If you haven't heard all the rants and raves about these products, the Illuminated keyboard emits a cool, yet somewhat subtle blue glow, which not only looks great, but makes it much easier to type at night if you can't type at 100wpm and already know all the keys from memory like I do. (Not that I'd ever brag about that... ) The optical fan mouse, on the other hand, also emits a cool blue glow, and has an internal low-noise fan to keep your hand cool during extended periods of use.
