Earlier, we reviewed Thermaltake's entry into the LAN box market, the Xaser III LanFire. Today Thermaltake is back with a brand spankin' new design both inside and out, dubbed the Xaser 5 (I think Thermaltake skipped over Xaser 4 since 4 means bad luck in Japan). The case comes in two versions-- WinGo, which is the same case internally with a different front bezel, and Damier, their highest-end case with an X-shaped window and checkerboard front panel design.
Today we've got the Damier on the table (floor..whatever ) and we're going to show you Thermaltake's newest entry into the case market inside and out. At $159 it's a pricey case, ranking up there in price with SST, CM, and Lian Li. Can its quality and functionality rank up there as well? Read on and find out.
