The inside of this case looks very promising-- relatively free of wires running all over the place, but the bulk of those that do are neatly wrapped in black. Very nice. A quick visual inspection of the interior gives us a few promising signs-- screwless bays! Screwless PCI! Something tells me this is going to be a good review...

In the front of this case there are all screwless drive bay releases! This system looks flimsy but is actually very sturdy-- let me demonstrate to you just how it works.

Here is a picture of me releasing the screwless unit. All you do is squeeze together and pull up, and voila! This system has to be one of the sturdiest I've ever used-- I pushed and pushed and could not get anything installed in here to budge. Big thumbs up for Thermaltake this time around.

Moving to the back of the case...up at the top by the PSU area is a cage for 3 3.5" hard drives. This cage is located right next to the power supply area and is cooled by an 80mm fan. However, unlike traditional setups, this fan is an exhaust fan, so it is sucking case-temperature air over the hard drives, not blowing cool air over them. For this reason I would recommend using this cage as a spare.

This is the relocatable 3-to-3 conversion bracket (included) at the front of the case which allows you to house an additional 3 3.5" hard drives. However, unlike the previous cage, this one is cooled by a 120mm blue LED fan which blows cool air over the drives. A much better idea to keep your critical drives in here...
One thing that I was disappointed with in both of those drive cages is that none of them are screwless, or even toolless! All of them require you to break out the good ol' screwdriver and fiddle around with screws. Moving on to the rest of the case..
Another thing that concerns me is the fact that the hard drive cage fan doubles as an intake...this is fine if you're only running one hard drive, but if you're running many, the hard drives will block up the intake, leaving the rest of your case at the mercy of the temperature gods. For the tool-savvy out there, I'd recommend making a nice 120mm blowhole in the side of this case...for the rest of us, grab a couple of cheap hard drive coolers if you plan on buying this case, so you can leave your hard drives in other bays and leave the intake fan open.

In the rear of this case is a 120mm fan, supported by a screwless snap-in system.
