The average computer user generally does not give too much thought about their computer case. They are happy with any old generic, decent looking case, like you could get from Gateway, HP, or Dell. But there is a rise in DIY users. Users such as gamers, and other hardcore PC users who know exactly what they want in their rig, as well as what they want their machine to look like externally. When these people go out looking to buy a new PC case they are looking for something that not only looks good, but also something that is durable and functional. Generally, they are looking for something that will be able to catch your eye, something with a little bit of "bling", something really lightweight so that they can easily transport their rig, and something really user friendly as far as maintenance, upgrades, and assembly go.
